We thanks you to join us and purchasing our services, our values are your trust and assure you to deliver our best services at all time. As our customer when you buy our product or services, you agree with our terms and conditions as below:    
Under normal days e-taxmitra will assure you to deliver all services within stipulated time period, communicated through our web portal "etaxmitra.com" or our service provider partners.

We have published a price list of all services delivered through its web portal, also published at the time of order of the service at our web portal after login website. However, at any time "etaxmitra" reseres the right to change the price of any service, also etaxmitra would not be liable for any extra charges paid to service provider for availing services of company. kgngroupofinstitutions also reserve the right to offer discount, offer or special price for any service or Digital Point registration             fee.

At all time, kgngroupofinstitutions family try to maintain a cordial business relationship with our customers or Digital Point. If the Digital Point or any customer comes as being extremely unreasonable or rude with etaxmitra staff, experts or service provider partners, kgngroupofinstitutions reserve the right to cancel the order or Digital Point’s Agreement. In the event of cancellation or termination, the customer or Digital Point will forfeit any payment made to company.   

 Situations where the service needs to be delivered before a deadline (E.g. income tax filing, audit, GST return filing and other services), Customers are expected to cooperate with etaxmitra to enable us to deliver the services in a timely manner. In case of any delay in order fulfilment, etaxmitra shall not bear the cost of any interest or penalty that may be imposed on customers by other parties or government.

kgngroupofinstitutions reserves the right to retain all details of the Customer's including Adhar Card, Pan Card, GSTIN Username, GSTIN Password, ITR ID, ITR Password, Mention its own details while filing returns on behalf of customers, account Details, Digital Signature and transaction detail of the Customer. Details would be HANDED OVER ONLY and ONLY to the Customer after clearing of all dues and Payment of EXIT COST.

kgngroupofinstitutions is a company registered under Indian Company act, 2013 and governed by the law of India. We carry out our business in good faith with complete transparency. However, kgngroupofinstitutions reserve the right to refuse any order that it cannot deem to fulfil within the legal and regulatory framework of the country. 

You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the Company or its affiliates without the prior written consent of the Company. You may not use any documents, certificate, identity card or any other “hidden text” utilizing the Company’s name or trademarks without the prior written consent of the Company.

E-Taxmitra has copyright of all images, content and other advertisement material published on its web portal “etaxmitra.com, unauthorized use of any images, documents or content without written information or prior consent would be penal liability and illegal act. etaxmitra would be free to claim monetary loss against such an any unauthorized use of all above .
